Introduction
Dr. Aliment Kft. (Ltd) was founded for the development and trade of functional foodstuff in 2006. The name comes from the Latin word for food (aliment), and the dr. prefix refers to the scientific basis and the close relationship formed with the universities. To the best of its knowledge, Dr. Aliment Kft. contributes to the development of the food industry and to the satisfaction of the consumer needs. The company is characterized by development based on sciences. As a result of several years of work, we are proud to present the Ebonfare products, which open a new dimension into the wonderful world of dry fruits.

Black banana with a taste reminiscent of the taste of caramel and chocolate. The black bananas are produced by slow drying under controlled conditions. Just bananas and nothing else.
